Our culture

Serious about the work, light about ourselves

We are a Hong Kong team of traders, engineers and advisors. The company is engaged in IT development and consultancy, import/export & wholesale of general goods, business advisory and marketing planning. This page sets out what we are trying to do, what we refuse to compromise on, how the company grew, and the compliance standards we hold ourselves to.

What drives us

Mission, vision, values

Three statements we actually use when a decision is unclear.

Our mission

To give trading and industrial businesses the three things they usually lack — dependable technology, reliable movement of goods, and honest commercial advice — delivered by one accountable team from Hong Kong.

  • Build the system before selling the promise
  • Move the goods without drama
  • Advise the client, not the invoice

Our vision

A company where the website, the mobile app and the warehouse speak the same language. Where a client sees the real state of their business in one screen — and where our own team runs the way we advise clients to run.

  • One operating picture across every line
  • Software that removes work instead of adding it
  • Compliance treated as engineering

Our values

Clarity, follow-through, candour and craft. They sound ordinary. They are the reason a shipment arrives when we said it would.

  • Clarity before complexity
  • Say the difficult thing early
  • Finish what was agreed
  • Look after the small details
Milestones

How the company grew

Each step added a capability to the one before it — trading first, then systems, then advice, then the application that carries all three.

2019

Founded in Hong Kong

HK ZANVIX CO., LIMITED is registered with offices in Tsim Sha Tsui East, starting with a single focus: importing and wholesaling general goods for regional buyers.

2020

First multi-route supply contracts

The trading desk begins operating across several Asian and international routes, with in-house documentation and freight coordination rather than third-party brokers.

2021

IT development and consultancy practice opens

Internal trading workflows become a product. The engineering team starts building platforms for clients — and the first version of what later becomes the mobile application.

2022

Business advisory and marketing planning added

Market research, brand positioning and campaign planning join the offering, so clients can buy the strategy as well as the goods and the systems.

2023

Mobile application in closed beta

Orders, inventory and supply chain tracking move onto mobile. Internal teams become the first users, which is the only reason the product works in the field.

2024

Published on the Apple App Store and Google Play

The mobile management app becomes generally available, covering the full business scope: IT development and consultancy, import/export & wholesale of general goods, and business advisory & marketing planning.

2025

One operating platform

All three business lines report into the same application and the same client view — the version of the company we run on internally, offered to clients as well.

Today

Building the next route

New general goods categories, deeper supply chain visibility, and advisory output delivered directly into the workflow of the teams who need it.

Traders, engineers and advisors, one corridor in Tsim Sha Tsui East.

Team spirit

Small teams, wide remit

Nobody here has a narrow job description. The engineer who builds the dispatch module has sat with the warehouse team watching it fail. The advisor who writes the pricing plan has sat with the buyer explaining why the goods moved.

  • Every project has one accountable lead, not a chain of handovers
  • The people who build the system are the people who support it
  • Clients get the engineers, not a filtered account layer
  • Weekly operating reviews across trading, technology and advisory
Compliance & responsibility

Global standards, treated as a baseline

We operate from Hong Kong across international supply routes, so the legal floor is never negotiable and never a phase of the project. Our policies are published publicly rather than kept in a drawer, and they cover the website and the mobile application alike.

  • Export control, sanctions screening and customs documentation handled before any shipment
  • Privacy programme covering GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA and the wider regional landscape
  • Consent management for advertising identifiers and Apple App Tracking Transparency
  • Responsible sourcing expectations communicated to every supplier at onboarding

Cross-border conduct

Sanctions screening, customs classification and export documentation are reviewed per shipment, with records kept for the required retention period.

Responsible sourcing

Suppliers are qualified against our standards before the first purchase order, and the same expectations are carried through the wholesale channel.

Data protection

Personal data across the website and the app is handled under published legal bases, with regional rights requests answered through a single channel.

Honest advertising

Third-party advertising partners are disclosed in the privacy policy, and consent choices are respected rather than buried in settings.

Work with people who ship

If the culture sounds like your kind of company, let us talk about what you are trying to move — goods, systems, or both.
